By accessing or using BookingHaus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BookingHaus provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables property owners to accept direct online bookings through customizable booking pages and embedded widgets. The Service includes room management, rate management, reservation handling, payment processing, and related tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
BookingHaus offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or service unavailability exceeding 48 consecutive hours.
Guest payments are processed through your own Stripe account. BookingHaus does not handle, hold, or process guest payments. You are responsible for configuring your Stripe account, managing disputes, and complying with PCI-DSS requirements.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not use the Service to process transactions for illegal goods or services, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate the rights of others.
The Service, including all code, design, and documentation, is owned by BookingHaus and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos, descriptions, and branding.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BookingHaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost bookings or revenue.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
